The 4-week series answers the question "what is good run form?" Each week will bring new challenges to help each athlete get closer to the ideal run form. Centennial In this free clinic you will be introduced to good running technique as well as the beginning progression of how to achieve good form. There will be a lecture portion as well as a hands on portion. Individuals signing up for the Better Running Series are encouraged to attend one of these clinics for foundation information.
